晝夜節律時間帶動了人體的作息以及生理上的表現,透過體內的「生物鐘」可以了解到身體內不同激素變化對於警覺性、眼手協調力和反應時間等的影響力,因此人總是在不同的時間進行工作時會獲得不同的情緒反應。而在燈泡發明後的時代,人類已不再日出而作、日落而息,甚至在白日未能來得及完成的任務,可以延遲到晚上繼續執行,長久下來導致一直以來規律的晝夜節律時間逐漸被搗亂,也會因為過於忙碌或缺乏動機而一而再、再而三的將許多事情往後拖延,最後只能在接近期限時花更多時間完成任務也得不到良好的成效。由於照明為執行眾多工作任務的必要條件,本研究藉由晝夜節律對於不同時段的激素變化對應到照明色溫,進行晝夜節律動態照明的設計,以漸
