技職教育是教育體系中的一環，目的是想讓學生能夠順利銜接整個社會，課程教學內容理論是實用的，讓學生能夠準備從事相關職業的知識、能力與技術，想好從事職業的準備。技職教育對學生而言，主要是為了未來步入工作世界做準備，並讓學生能在勞動力市場中，不斷精進所需要的職業技能及知能。工欲善其事，必先利其器。政府的新創產業政策，在技術型高中投入了教學設備和實習場域，並和產業共同構思實務導向的課程以及資源共享，培養具有多項領域、符合國際產業發展之技職人才。因應技術型高中設備基準，逐年補足設有專業群科之高級中等學校所需教學實習設備，但高單價的設備並不是每一所學校都能負擔的起，於是便有了技術教學中心的成立。本研究運

用資料包落分析法(DEA)對技術教學中心管理能力與生產績效進行效率評估，確定研究方向後，本研究利用高屏區技術教學中心之生產力資料，在投入與產出方面之投入變數為參與人數、計畫經費、設備維護保養成本，產出變數選擇總參與人數、外校學生比例、累積時數，而後選擇適合的資料包落分析法進行相對效率評估。隨著時間的不同，強調技術教學中心功能也不同。本研究透過資料包絡分析法找出影響技術教學中心生產力的相關原因，進而找到優點與缺點，藉此提升管理能力，提供學生更好的學習品質。

機械為工業之母，隨著科技時代的快速發展，機械設備所生產品項包羅萬象，其中電控無異是機械設備的心臟，而能讓機械設備移動之關鍵零組件，非傳動元件莫屬，傳動元件有如機械設備四肢，機械設備沒有傳動元件即無法運轉，機械運轉是藉由鋼珠在元件之間進行滾動循環，機械設備方可輕易順暢進行高精度作動。故民生百業用品之自動化製造促使傳動元件應用範圍日益擴大，且為因應輕薄短小之產業升級高階市場，傳動元件品質更趨於技術創新之高精度要求，因此不斷追求技術創新是企業經營得以維持競爭力之重要因素。本研究之個案公司轉型前為台灣普遍常見之家族企業經營型態，其資金有限，再加上專業人才亦嫌不足，以至於營運規模遠不及已上市櫃同業之發

展，且家族企業歷經景氣低迷與金融海嘯後，營運表現遲遲未見起色。鑒於產業升級自動化之興起，帶動傳動元件市場邁向大幅度高速成長，故家族企業不得不審慎思考轉型之時機。惟如何轉型、轉型策略及轉型期程，皆考驗著個案公司經營者智慧，因轉型策略攸關著成敗與否，而家族企業轉型策略所面臨之衝擊，是本研究探討之主題。本研究依據個案公司資料，經由收集文獻，並彙整深度訪談相關高階主管，分析其質化結果，加以探究家族企業轉型策略。研究結果顯示，家族企業面臨大環境經營挑戰，必須進行全面轉型求生，方能提升企業競爭力，擴增營運規模與市場版圖，創造企業、員工、上下游供應體系及股東多贏局面，達到企業永續經營目標。
