面對科技新趨勢,元宇宙、區塊鏈、物聯網及5G等數位科技不斷以飛快的速度顛覆產業規則,企業領導者、經理人必須以更敏捷的方式來帶領企業進行創新。故如何透過有效的團隊學習歷程,來加速提昇團隊的創新績效,是當前企業重要的課題。本研究挑選三家標竿企業之工作團隊為研究對象,針對該團隊的一項成功學習關鍵事例,深入探討由個人學習到團隊學習的互動歷程。採半結構式訪談方法,每個團隊包含團隊領導者及代表性成員,共計7位受訪者進行深入訪談。訪談結果經整理歸納後,進行內容分析。研究結果發現:一、三個任務團隊,分別採用了三種不同的學習策略:亦即經驗學習策略、標竿學習策略、以及創新 學習策略。這三種不同的學習策略,其學習

目標、學習歷程、行動方案、以及所面臨的挑戰,都呈現出不同的特色。二、而影響三個任務團隊採用不同的學習策略,最主要的前因為其上層的組織文化:1、在階層型的組織文化下,企業重視標準化與制度建立,故團隊傾向採用經驗學習策略。2、在市場型的組織文化下,企業強調成果導向與快速回應,故團隊傾向採用標竿學習策略。3、在創新型的組織文化下,企業重視彈性靈活應變,故團隊傾向採用創新學習策略。依據研究結果,本研究進一步討論其理論與管理實務意涵,做為企業在團隊學習與知識創新之參考。

近幾年隨著環保意識增強的消費者,如今企業已逐漸將綠色實踐納入本身發展的重要考 慮因素,企業必須在追逐經濟利益的同時,減少對於環境所所產生的負面影響,發展綠色創 新對於提升企業的競爭優勢變得尤為重要;本研究欲探討綠色創新影響之因素,本研究主要 針對組織自主性與組織策略主動性對綠色創新的影響,並且以永續發展的環境審視為中介變數,以及 環境動盪性為調節變數。本研究的問卷對中華徵信所 TOP5000 名錄企業名單進行發放,藉由 SPSS 及 AMOS 統計軟體以結構方程模式與階層迴歸進行分析。驗證結果顯示:(1)組織自主性對永續發展的環境審視具有正向影響;(2)組織自主性對綠色創新 不具有正向顯著影
