本研究旨在了解里民對里長服務品質、服務滿意度之概況，經由探討不同背景變項對服務品質、服務滿意度之差異性及預測服務品質對服務滿意度之影響。以自編問卷為研究工具，採立意抽樣方式於民國110年6月1日至8月30日止共計三個月，里民到里長辦公室洽事、里長服務團隊親自拜訪及里長參加里內各種活動的鄉親里民共240位為受試樣本。發出問卷240份，回收233份，剔除無效問卷7份，總計回收有效問卷226份（94.17%）。以描述統計、ｔ考驗、Ｆ考驗、薛費法事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸等統計分析，所得結果如下：一、受試者對服務品質、服務滿意度各因素的感受認知均屬上等程度。二、不同性別受試者對服務品質之「關
