俄國作曲家普羅高菲夫(Sergei Prokofiev, 1891-1953)一生高潮迭起,受到戰爭、革命以及生活環境的淬鍊,其作品橫跨1907-1947年代範圍極廣,而《第二號鋼琴奏鳴曲》於1912年開始創作,1914年由普羅高菲夫本人在莫斯科首演。此奏鳴曲的出現,愈加明確表現其獨特音樂語言,是普羅高菲夫「新古典主義」風格中最重要的作品之一。這首作品與「第一號」及「第三號」截然不同,風格更為成熟。雖然形式上仍屬正統的古典奏鳴曲型式,擁有四個完整樂章,但在素材的引用及創作的手法上卻較同時期的另一位作曲家林姆斯基.高莎可夫更為新穎,堪稱是普羅高菲夫鋼琴曲目中風格最多元並受到眾人注目的作

品。 本論文將分為五個章節著重於普羅高菲夫在俄國歷史背景、各時期的鋼琴作品、風格、手法,以及生平背景及影響其音樂創作之因素,近而針對《第二號鋼琴奏鳴曲》來進行樂曲分析與詮釋,並對樂曲中的句法、和聲加以研究。第一章為緒論,說明研究動機與目的及研究方法;第二章簡述俄國音樂史的發展與普羅高菲夫的生平;第三章概述新古典主義對於普羅高菲夫在各個時期鋼琴作品的創作特色與風格的影響;第四章為《第二號鋼琴奏鳴曲》的分析與詮釋;第五章為結論。筆者期許透過對於此樂曲的研究,更深入的剖析了解普羅高菲夫的風格及創作手法並希望將其技巧廣泛應用於未來的演奏表現。
