老師的工作壓力若未被自身覺察和關注,會對其個體的身心健康影響,亦會影響到工作品質和學生的學習。本研究旨在探討正念App功能與介面之設計,對於學前特教老師、幼教老師與學齡前專業團隊工作者在應用上能達到減壓之作用。 研究方法採用立意取樣網路問卷調查法,以台灣20歲以上在職的學前特教老師、幼教老師和學齡前專業團隊工作者為研究樣本;共回收201份問卷,有效問卷189份,有效問卷回收率為94%。所得資料以:獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、Sobel test、描述性統計、項目分析、驗證性因素分析、探索性因素分析(斜交)等統計方法進行分析,研究結果發現:一、 學前特教人員背
景變項在工作壓力、新型冠狀病毒肺炎壓力、生活滿意度上無顯著差異。二、 學前特教人員工作壓力程度和COVID-19壓力有顯著正相關,生活滿意度和工作壓力有顯著負相關;COVID-19壓力影響工作壓力,進而影響生活滿意度。三、 正念App功能之重要性排序: 以影片介紹正念概念(n=127)、專注在呼吸的韻律上概念(n=121)、有正念相關連結可供參考(n=93)、有短文介紹正念概念(n=88)、固定時段練習(n=85)、有影片可以跟著做身體動作(n=73)、以指導語進行身體動作的引導(n=70)、腹式呼吸(n=59)、正常呼吸(n=41)、鼻子吸氣嘴巴吐氣(n=37)、數呼吸次數(n=

本研究透過智慧型腰帶與智慧手錶作為生理信號監測裝置,藉由演算法辨識情緒並導引使用者遵循有效率的腹式呼吸,迅速達到自律神經平衡的放鬆狀態。系統包含三個部分:智慧型手錶、腹式呼吸偵測腰帶、以及電腦端軟體。智慧型手錶利用光體積變化描記圖法量測使用者心跳率與心跳變異率。心跳變異率包括時域的正常心跳間距標準差和頻域的低頻範圍功率與高頻範圍功率。此資料透過智慧型手錶內建的藍芽晶片傳輸至電腦端。腹式呼吸偵測腰帶利用壓力感測器作為偵測肚皮起伏大小,此信號經微處理器內嵌的類比數位轉換器轉換及運算處理後,同樣以藍芽方式傳輸至電腦端。電腦端接受此兩裝置的資料後,根據心跳率、正常心跳標準差、低頻範圍功率與高頻範圍功
